Design:
We offer a tailored design process, creating finely crafted gardens and landscapes for our Clients. The process is broadly formed of five stages.
i. brief:
The brief is established through an initial meeting with the Client at the site. This forms the basis for a written brief which is presented to the Client for agreement.
ii. survey:
A full topographical survey and analysis of the site is carried out to form the basis for all future design work.
iii. draft proposal:
All information gathered from the brief, topographical survey and site analysis is used to develop a conceptual design for discussion and further development.
iv. detailed design:
Discussion with the Client centred around the initial draft proposal informs the development of the design and detailed drawings are prepared to provide all necessary information for the landscape to be constructed and planted.
v. tender:
We will advise the Client on the selection of landscape contractors to tender for the building and planting of the landscape. We provide specifications and construction drawings to all tenderers. We then work closely with the Client to select the best team to carry out the work and achieve the highest standards of delivery for the project.
